Thank OCL and the OCL team for the amazing service they’ve provided our business during our recent phone system upgrade. We had quite a few problems with the old PABX system when we approached OCL, they immediately pinned out the issues we had and suggested ways not only to solve the problems, but also improve the functionalities and efficiency of our daily phone communication. In particular, we appreciate the time and patience she spent with us to explain all the technical terms in simple language, and all the promptly supports along the way. Lance, Dave and John were fabulous – professional, organised, worked really well as a team and incredibly obliging when your subcontractor needed a hand. The subcontractor Gutradge Muodza also did a very good job – although his part of the work took considerably longer than expected due to him being let down by a colleague not showing up. All four contractors demonstrated great work ethic and a desire to get things done right. All really nice guys – very customer centric and outcome focused.

If you had not driven the roading contractor to complete the pit install we would have never achieved such a successful outcome.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you and your team, especially Kerry, for all the assistance you have given us during our entire office move. From the start when we had to keep pushing the dates out to the issues surrounding the phones lines due to an error with Telecom, OCL have been incredibly accommodating and assisted us so well I truly can’t express my gratitude enough.

Kerry himself has been an absolute godsend. I know it has been an extremely frustrating job but he’s done everything that needed to be done as well as gone the extra mile with most tasks. Having him be so patient and helpful during this entire job has made my life so much easier knowing our phone system is in such good hands. Unfortunately I wasn’t in the office when he finished the job so wasn’t able to pass on my thanks in person so if you wouldn’t mind letting him know, that would be wonderful. Hopefully we have no more issues from Telecom but if we do, I will be sure to get in touch.
