We take a very consultative approach when advising of the best system for our clients. Here at OCL, we have gone to great lengths to train our Consultants and Account Managers to listen to our clients needs and requirements in the first instance. We enquire about the clients needs, expectations and “points of pain” along with future needs and requirements. When clients are unsure of what they need, our Account Managers are only to happy to provide suggestions and ideas on ways of improving the current situation.
2. Design
We will design a system that works for you. Once we have determined your needs and expectations, our Account Manager will design a system that best meets both needs and budget. As part of the design process, we also provide a free analysis of your current Telco spend. The reason we do this, is there are times whereby the savings gained in the Telco services out way the cost of the phone system.3. Implement
