Lance, Dave and John were fabulous – professional, organised, worked really well as a team and incredibly obliging when your subcontractor needed a hand. The subcontractor Gutradge Muodza also did a very good job – although his part of the work took considerably longer than expected due to him being let down by a colleague not showing up. All four contractors demonstrated great work ethic and a desire to get things done right. All really nice guys – very customer centric and outcome focused.

Kerry himself has been an absolute godsend. I know it has been an extremely frustrating job but he’s done everything that needed to be done as well as gone the extra mile with most tasks. Having him be so patient and helpful during this entire job has made my life so much easier knowing our phone system is in such good hands. Unfortunately I wasn’t in the office when he finished the job so wasn’t able to pass on my thanks in person so if you wouldn’t mind letting him know, that would be wonderful.
