Enhanced system Resilience

The SCM series delivers high reliability with multiple Gigabit Ethernet ports for network connectivity and gateway functionality supporting “Hot Swap” which enables gateway modules to be exchanged without powering down the system.

Scalability & Easy Management

The SCM systems allow your business to grow. Additional user licences can be added without further changes to software or hardware up to the maximum capacity of the system. The easy configuration web interface lets the business take control of their communications with any changes required being instantly applied

Compatibility & Mobility

The SCM series is a IP-based VoIP call manager, designed to allow easy integration of 3rd party applications specific to your business needs. Individual users can take control of their handset through an intuitive web portal, and the flexible hot desking function lets you take control of your work location.

Low Total Cost of Ownership

Installation is quick and the easy management tools reduce the time and money spent on system administration. This all in one solution allows efficient and effective management of the entire voice ecosystem in one interface, integrating all administrative functionality for the system’s database, applications and troubleshooting.

A distinctive ‘floating’ handset. This looks stylish, but its real purpose is functional rather than aesthetic, making it easy to pick up the handset from any direction or angle.

Intuitive operation. The phones have 35 or 47 buttons, arranged in  three distinct groupings for simplicity and ease of use. These are the display and four associated buttons at the top; the number pad and call function buttons at the bottom; and, on the right, 12 or 24 flexible user programmable buttons.

Contact Synchronisation: Automatic upload and synchronisation of contacts from a smart phone to a deskphone.

Adjustable angle. The user can adjust the angle of the handset, enabling the user to optimise their desk layout.

Extending feature access: Using a tablet as an extender module. This gives greater flexibility at a lower cost than a more traditional proprietary extender module. An app linking the tablet to the  deskphone provides up to 99 programmable buttons, giving one touch access to functions or extension numbers with colour coded status indication and name displays.

Versatile connectivity. This includes a two-port Gigabit switch, headset port and a USB port that supports Electronic Hook switch  (EHS) for cordless headsets.

WE Voip Client

The use of smart phones in the workplace is more prevalent than ever. The smart phone has become an essential business tool with employees depending on them to stay in touch and be more productive; allowing access to emails and enterprise applications at all times. Traditionally used by remote employees, recent studies show that even for employees in the office, the mobile is the preferred device for voice communications due to the familiarity of the user experience and easily accessible contacts. The rise of BYOD (bring your own device) schemes and the consumerisation of IT are also contributing factors to the rise of smart phone usage in the workplace.

True Fixed Mobile Convergence Whilst there are obvious benefits of smart phone usage in the workplace, problems do occur as the voice quality of the call can be weak at times, the cost of a call is significantly higher and the user is not able to take advantage of the features of the office telephone system, e.g. Call Transfer, Call Recording etc.

HD Voice for Clearer Call Quality Clear sound and high quality are provided via the tone tuning feature available with Samsung Voice Engine technology. This operates with wideband and super wideband codec such as AMR-WB and Silk to deliver business users a more reliable, uninterrupted service. Stable performance is further guaranteed by fast handover between access points (APs), minimising call interruptions or quality problems for better all-round call quality.

Combined Mobile and VoIP Dialling Unlike other mobile telephony systems, the Samsung Mobile VoIP application is integrated with a basic 3G dialler, enabling it to operate just like a standard mobile phone. Convenient log management features let users distinguish between mobile and VoIP phone calls within a record list. Both modes are fully integrated, and it is possible to receive or reject incoming calls when in VoIP mode.

Greater Flexibility with Call Control Multiple options are available to offer a flexible communications experience. Users can elect to ‘Receive’ or ‘Reject’ incoming calls either via voicemail or via the saved contact. Additionally, it is possible to carry out teleconferencing, and there are speakerphone and recording capabilities for further convenience.
