Sir Edmond Hillary Collegiate has Primary, Intermediate and Secondary schools within one campus supporting three separate PABX Phone Systems. Over and above the fact the cost of maintaining three systems was high there was no ability to share resource and overload between the schools.

OCL supplied one system to provide telephony services to all three schools. While there was only one system, OCL configured the system to be tenanted meaning while there is interconnectivity throughout the school, the system was divided into three separate systems.
OCL also deployed a large volume of VoIP Phones using the SNUP Cabling upgrade making the old telephone cabling redundant thereby reducing maintenance costs up keeping old cabling.
OCL’s PABX solutions allowed for absenteeism to be managed better with Auto Attendant and Call Recording and the implementation of “Rich Presence” to show availability of resource throughout the campus.
Over and above the fact the cost of maintaining three systems was high there was no ability to share resource and overload between the schools.
