OCL are the preferred contractor to Watercare Services whereby OCL maintain and install fibre for Watercare’s extensive fibre network.  OCL have SLA Agreements for repair and maintenance of network.  OCL were also contracted to Watercare to write the standards for product and installation.  In addition to this, OCL completed training for Watercare’s Civil Contractors to ensure blown fibre ducting was installed to manufactures standards.

OCL also provide and complete all Blown Fibre installation for Watercare providing our client with comprehensive warranty, test results and detailed “As Built” drawings
